Here at streamline we are trying to stock our inventory to our customer's need. With that being said, we now are showing inventory availability and accepting Special Orders.

Special Orders on an average takes about 1-3 weeks to receive products from our vendors, as long as the items are not on back order from the manufactures. We will notify you if the item is on back order from the manufacture and if it will take longer than three weeks.

Streamline Diving Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.bluegreenexpeditions.com (the “Site”).

If you are not a registered client for our Site, there is no personal information we can retain or view regarding yourself. If you are a client with a registered account, your personal information can be accessed by:

  • Our staff when they (in order to provide support) need to get the information about the client accounts and access.

We do not share your data with third-parties in a way as to reveal any of your personal information like email, name, etc. The only exceptions to that rule are for partners we have to share limited data with in order to provide the services you expect from us.

SECURITY MEASURES

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our site. TRAVEL POLICY    

Travel application/Waiver must be completed by each individual, signed and returned with the applicable deposit as outlined further on the form. Checks must be made payable to Streamline Diving. Final payments are due in full, ninety (90) days prior to the departure date or according to the payment schedule. Unless cancelled within 30 days of booking or at least 12 months prior to the trip, all travel fees paid, including deposits, are non‐refundable unless the trip runs full, and a suitable substitute can be found. Streamline diving reserves the right to cancel a trip/booking due to an insufficient number of participants.  

Travel/Cancellation insurance is highly recommended

This is available through many providers. Medical evacuation insurance is required. If you need help identifying a provider, please let us know. After the deposit is paid, revisions may be subject to a fee depending on the policies of the hotels, airlines, dive operators etc.

 

 

RETURN POLICY    

 

At Stremline Diving, we offer a 30/90-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our merchandise.

You have 30 days to return the merchandise for full refund and 60 days from your invoice date to exchange or return for store credit. All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy carefully.

  • Unused items: Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • Original packaging: Items must be in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and packing material.
  • Time limit: Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date, 60 days for store credit or exchange.
  • Return method: Returns can be started email, phone or in store. 
  • Incorrect shipping address - Once the package is returned to Streamline Diving from shipper the customer will recieve a refund on all the products within the shipment, any shipping cost will not be refuned once shipped out.  

You’ll need the original manufacturers labeled packaging with all materials, manuals, tags and blank warranty cards. Books, CD’s, and DVD’s cannot be opened (due to copyright laws). No Restocking Fee will apply to any return, meeting the requirements. Our Return Policy is not applicable for commercial and bulk orders.

 

Refund Details:

Streamline Diving will refund your original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.

 

Free Items:

If your original purchase included free items, you must return all associated items to receive a full refund. The retail value of any free items you keep, along with shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund.

 

Initiate Returns:

You can start the return process via phone, in store or email.

 

Eligibility Conditions:

Streamline Diving reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if all conditions are not met.

 

All items must:

Be in new condition.

Be in their original unaltered box, including an intact UPC code.

Include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accessories, tags, and free items.

Streamline will refund the original purchase price after deducting the retail value of any free items you keep.

Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Special-order merchandise and gift cards.

Any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable.

 

Defective, Incorrect or Damaged Items:

You have 30 days from the date of invoice to return defective or damaged items.

Defective or damaged items may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at Streamline Diving’s discretion.

For a full refund, you need to contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

After 5 business days of delivery, you’ll receive the same model or the manufacture's equivalent model instead of a refund.

For unverified defective or damaged items, Streamline Diving reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.

 

Incorrect shipping address:

Once the package is returned to Streamline Diving from shipper the customer will receive a refund on all the products within the shipment, any shipping cost will not be refunded once shipped out.
